Fullersburg Forest Preserve. Nearly all the trails at Fullersburg accompany Salt Creek as it meanders next to a bluff and winds around a couple of islands on its way to the historic watermill at the south tip of the park.
Chicago Botanic Garden. If you love to see carefully selected flowers, trees, and bushes growing in perfectly landscaped environments, the Chicago Botanic Garden is a slice of heaven.
